5 Paths To A Less Stressful Life

Stress, we all deal with it each day of our lives. It weighs us down, burdening us with frustration, worry, fear, anxiety, and even depression. When I feel stressed out, I feel like there are knots in my chest and head. The more stress I feel the more these knots constrict. Sarah’s Abortion Story

This week’s post is written by Sarah St. Onge, one of the many women who have received an abortion and regretted it. Oh, how wrong they are, for there are numerous options besides an abortion. The most obvious alternative to an abortion is to keep and raise the baby, allowing his/her love to fill your life and heart. Another obvious alternative to abortion is to have the baby and give it up for adoption. This allows the mother to get back to her life and the way it was before, while also allowing the baby to live a happy life with a loving family. There is another option, a more last-minute…
